MIRZAPUR SEASON 3: WHICH CHARACTER ARE YOU?

Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios has come up with the most awaited series #Mirzapur after a gap of almost 4 years. First two seasons of the franchise had an IMDb.com rating of 𝟾̷.𝟻̷ & 𝟾̷.𝟺̷ and the 3rd season has already garnered 𝟾̷.𝟷̷ in 2 days.

Mirzapur explores themes of power, greed, violence, corruption and dynamics between powerful criminal families as they fight for control over Mirzapur.

Strategically released on 05 July being a #Friday, makers expect maximum traction over the first weekend (considering the hype). Having already binge watched the latest series I thought of doing an analysis of the main characters. Here are some of the lessons drawn:

1. KEEP YOUR FRIENDS CLOSE, ENEMIES CLOSER: The way #Sharad (Jaunpur) played his cards by befriending #Munna and later saving #KaleenBhaiya's life shows how smartly he executes his plans without revealing much.

2. IDENTIFY HIDDEN ENEMIES: #Guddu betraying his employer shows how critical it is to be vigilant about potential threats within your own ranks. Trust, but verify.

3. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE FOES: Kaleen's cautious strategy against his rivals teaches us the importance of never taking competitors lightly. Be prepared and vigilant.

4. MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY: Guddu and #Golu’s secretive plotting highlights the necessity of keeping your plans under wraps.

5. VALUE LOYALTY: Kaleen Bhaiya’s reliance on #Maqbool is a testament to the power of loyalty. Appreciate and reward your loyal team members to maintain a strong, trustworthy core.

6. CONTROL EMOTIONS: Munna’s impulsive decisions often lead to disastrous outcomes. #EmotionalIntelligence is key in making rational & #strategic decisions.

7. PREPARE TO STAND ALONE: Guddu’s journey teaches us that sometimes, honesty and integrity mean you might have to stand alone. Be prepared to defend your principles, even if it’s a solitary #battle.

8. AVOID MANIPULATION: Munna’s susceptibility to #manipulation underscores the need for #criticalthinking. Don’t let others dictate your path.

9. SEPARATE PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIVES: Guddu’s family ties often cloud his #judgment. Strive to keep personal #emotions from interfering with #professional decisions.

10. CONDUCT #BACKGROUND CHECKS: Munna's failure to thoroughly vet his new business partner, Sharad resulted in the latter betraying him and nearly destroying the Tripathi family's #operations.

11. UNDERSTAND ORGANIZATIONAL #DYNAMICS: Power struggles between Kaleen, Munna and their respective factions within the Tripathi family mirrored the complex #hierarchies and internal #politics found in organizations.

'Mirzapur' teaches us that effective #management requires a blend of strategic thinking, loyalty management and emotional intelligence.

Hope Season 3 proves to be a bingeworthy watch for you all and we get the Season 4 (yes, it is!!) ASAP.

Please do share in case I missed out on something here!!
