Well, supposedly, Netflix manages to make a positive impact on its numbers by keeping its viewers tagged onto the app/website by applying both of them.


‘Hick's Law’- The more choices someone has, the longer it takes to make a decision.


‘Zeigarnik Effect’ - When our brains tend to fixate on unfinished tasks or unmet goals, leaving us in a state of mental tension until the task is completed or the goal is achieved.


                                          It now makes sense!!!!
